TEXAS SCRAMBLE – 4 PERSON MODIFIED STABLEFORD 4BBB
FORMAT:
- Team, is grouping in timeslot on timesheet
- Scoring is based on stableford points using each player’s daily handicap
- All players tee off.
- Best drive is chosen.
- All players place ball within one club length no nearer the hole of chosen drive.
- All players then play out hole with own ball.
- The team score is the sum of the best two stableford points scores for that hole.
RULES:
- Format does not apply on par 3 holes – each player plays out the hole from the tee
- Each team must use 3 drives of every player
- If less than 4 in team 2 drives of each player applies instead
- A card will need to be used to note drives taken of each player and the team score if Miscore not available.
Note:
If drive chosen is in penalty area or bunker the next shot must be played from within that same area.
If player cannot better the scores of the two players that have holed out pick up ball and move to next tee.
