Yowani Golf Course has always been regarded as one of Australia’s finest inland courses, reflecting over 70 years of careful development.
Now, after many years of planning and consultation the course has been redesigned by Contour Golf and a new, modern clubhouse catering for members’ needs will be built on adjoining land.
Course construction is currently underway, and as a result we are only able to offer 9 holes (18 tees) that can be played consecutively to provide 18 holes in all.
The course is still an excellent test for golfers of all abilities on gently undulating, tree-lined fairways guaranteeing something special to every standard of player.
Yowani Country Club runs competition golf most days of the week.
Monday – Social 9-holes
Tuesday – Women’s 9 and 18 hole club competitions and Medley 18 hole Professional competition from late morning.
Wednesday -Medley – Professional’s 18 hole open competition (includes Thursday competition)
Thursday – Medley / Social – 18 hole and 9 hole Professional’s open competition
Friday – Medley – Professional’s 18 hole open competition (mornings), 9 hole Professional’s competition from mid-morning
Saturday – Medley – 18 hole club competition
Sunday – Men’s and Women’s 18 hole club competitions and Medley 9 hole club competition
- Note: Medley competition is a competition in which both men and women may compete. The winner is determined by the best nett score returned, irrespective of gender.
- 18 hole social rounds can be booked through the Pro Shop by selecting an initial tee time and a crossover tee time for the second 9.
